Important Notice

KauriLotto operates online lottery games and related services for eligible players in New Zealand. We are a separate operator and are not the New Zealand Lotteries Commission or Lotto New Zealand/MyLotto. By using this site and creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you meet our eligibility requirements.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KauriLotto website and services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage and to carry out verification checks. Accounts found to belong to minors or persons who do not meet our eligibility criteria may be suspended or closed, and any use of the Service by such persons may be void.

3. Nature of Service

KauriLotto provides lottery games, ticket purchasing, account management and related information and tools.

We operate our own lottery products and manage ticket sales, entries into draws and prize payments in accordance with our Game Rules and these Terms.
We provide information regarding game rules, draw times, odds and jackpots, together with optional number and reminder tools designed to help you organise your play.
We do not guarantee that the information on the site (including indicative jackpot amounts or draw details) is always error-free or up to date, and we do not guarantee any winnings. All lottery games are games of chance and results are determined by our official draws.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. KauriLotto reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access, or to close accounts that breach these Terms, are misused, or where we are required to do so by law or regulation.

5. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. Our products and content are designed to encourage informed and moderate participation in lottery games. If you choose to play, you should:

Set personal limits on the time and money you are prepared to spend on lottery games.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KauriLotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the content or information provided on the Service, including indicative jackpot amounts or draw information.
Unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions, account or content.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, organisation, graphics, design and other materials related to the Site are protected under applicable copyright and other proprietary laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reuse or publish any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
